This refund policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Lovelybliss Platform. Under this policy:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
- In case any refunds are approved by Lovelybliss, it will take up to 10 days for the Refunds will be credited to your account.
- Replacement for the products will be done within 5-7 days.
- Return will be picked up within 5-7 days
